The Sociolinguistics Research Of Appellation Language Of The Four Generations

Based on the four generations under Lao, this paper makes appellation language of modern literary works of as the study object, mainly uses the theory of sociolinguistics with the research method of the exhaustive statistics, the analysis interpretation of subsoil with static and the dynamic combination. Then try to make a comprehensive investigation and analyzing at appellation language. The comprehensive and systematic study of the appellation language of Four Generations is not only to contribute to the study of evolution of appellation language, but also reveal the features of linguistic of Chinese society and the view of contemporary cultural in representative of Beijing in the last century in the l930s .On the basis of introducing appellation language and classification , the first chapter does research reviewed and puts forward this topic origin, the research object, the research theory, research methods ,research content and research significance.The second chapter describe and explain the appellation language system of the Four Generations .It divides the appellation language into the qualitative function, including relatives'appellations, professional appellations, extensive communicative appellations, names'appellations and the expression function, including your respectful name, pedagogue, nickname and bamboo splint name,making a comprehensive analysis of this two type.The third chapter discusses the application characteristics and social cultural connotation of the appellation language of Four Generations from sociolinguistic perspective, which is the key of in this paper. This section in the way of researching the corpus of text induces characteristics: the style of absolute Beijing oral language, the appellation morpheme widely distributed, the obvious of colorful, extensive using of relatives'appellations and the "de" structure widely used. In addition, by the reading of text summarizes the appellation language and its ideological and cultural connotation, including the Hutong cultural ,civic culture, traditional Chinese culture and foreign culture, then clarifies the author's dialectical point of Chinese and foreign cultural and clear attitude from the connotation which is acted from the social culture. The fourth chapter discusses the influencing factors of the appellation language of the four generations from the pragmatic perspective. In the view of microscopic context, it analysis the affect of appellation language from three aspects: age ,gender, environment, motivation and interpersonal. We can see the complex relations, all kinds of characters, identities and the cultural psychology of speaker, listener, and the alleged by their using the appellation language.
