In the end years of the east Han Dynasty, Han Xiandi Liu Xie mounted the throne under the special political configuration, from taking the seat offers, emperor had been controlled by warlords. The feudal lord established a separatist regime supports oneself, who did not respect the Emperor Xian, the country disintegrated, the court into a quandary. A.D.196 years, Cao Cao passed through a series of planning, picked up Han Xiandi to Xu and moved the capital here. Since then the state power had undergone major changes, but Liu was still a co-emperor. At the beginning the young emperor held the very big fantasy to Cao Cao, he thought that could finally get rid of the fate of kidnapped and he wanted to use the power of Cao Cao to recovery the Han Dynasty. But after Emperor had been controlled by Cao Cao,Cao Cao repeated co questing on behalf of Emperor Xian. With the expansion of forces, Cao Cao began to dominate state affairs of military and political power in one set, the Emperor Xian had been controlled firmly in his hands. Jian An period, although the east Han Dynasty Central authorities had a set of organization system, but the royal government was only the nominal organization, because the military administration power authority all grasped in the hand of Cao Cao, Cao Cao's Department of bureaucratic government actually exercised the functions of central government officials, the entire period of Jian An,The power operated all by Cao Cao's Si Kong government,the prime minister of the government and Wei Gong Wei Wang palace. The imperial power had been sidelined step by step, the Central authorities become the ornaments, emperor regime became the puppet regime that under the control of Cao Cao. Although Emperor Xian was the puppet, but he still represented the orthodoxy which was the highest symbol of power. With the changes of current political situation, literati class differentiation emerged, some scholars chose to seek refuge with Cao Cao, and Han Dynasty loyalists swore to uphold the rule of the Han dynasty, the royal government officials obvious divided into two major parties. One supported Cao Cao, the other supported emperor. People who supported officials were in tragic situation under pressure of Cao Cao. Facing Cao Cao's despotism, the power of Emperor Xian took a series of resistance operations, but failed. On Jian An 25 year (A.D.220 years), Emperor Xian finally been forced by the son of Cao Cao, the east Han Dynasty perish finally.
