Research On Couplets Of Royal Gardens In Qing Dynasty

The Royal Garden of the Qing Dynasty was the representative of the royal architecture of the Qing Dynasty.Couplet as an accessory to the building,through the joint forest hanging in the Royal Garden,we can not only understand the development of the couplets in the Qing Dynasty,more importantly,through the content of the couplet,we can also explore the thoughts of the emperors of the Qing Dynasty.The 129 couplets hanging between the Yuanmingyuan and the Summer Mountain Resort can be divided into the palace area and the garden landscape area according to their different contents and functions.The political connotation of Confucianism is included in the palace area,the landscape of the landscape area is mostly covered to reflect the cultural connotation of the emperor’s personal culture.Through the analysis of the connotation of the royal garden,It can be discerned that the Qing Dynasty royal garden couplet not only reflects the emperor’s inheritance and development of Confucianism and the familiarity of traditional culture,and also repositioned the royal gardens of the Qing Dynasty: The royal gardens of the Qing Dynasty were not only the home of the emperor’s leisure and entertainment,More representative of important political functions,It is another administrative center of the emperor’s administration.
