For a long time, our University has been imparting knowledge-based, "preaching, Tuition, FAQ", so that students develop a relatively solid foundation of knowledge and basic skills, but lack the spirit of innovation and capability. Today's society, only innovation can chart the development and survival. To innovate, we must develop people's intelligence, and enhance creative thinking, which is to train students the key to creativity. Arts education as an important component of education part, it has the unique ability to open university students in training and intelligence, imagination, inspiration and other aspects of creation has a very significant results. There are a large number of domestic and international psychology, pedagogy, research, and many outstanding educational outcomes has repeatedly proved that art education students to cultivate creative thinking has a unique and irreplaceable role.In this paper, arts, education, brain science, psychology theories, based on more in-depth study of art education and training students the relationship between creative thinking. Chapter 2 of this paper by studying the creative thinking of the meaning, nature and characteristics, and reveal the creative thinking and the brain, the amount of knowledge, psychology, and environment is closely related to four factors.Although the thinking ability of students in all aspects of the development has been great, but because of the subsequent stages of higher education and more will turn to the logical form of learning and development, image thinking, intuitive thinking ability and other non-logical thinking is the relative lack of training, leading to plaque lack of imagination of students, standardized thinking and creative ability as a constraint to the development of the disorder. This grasp the fundamental purpose of arts education is to develop all-round development of people, and not for professional artists, in Chapter 3 of arts education to help college students a full range of creative thinking elaborated through the concept of art education the international philosophy of education on the new analysis, clear description of the art education students to promote the cultivation of creative thinking. Although the development of art education in China has made remarkable achievements, but compared with developed countries, but also have significant gaps, by Chapter 4 of the domestic and foreign (in the United States as the representative of the status of arts education abroad, as well as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology representative) the status of arts education, this paper in Chapter 5 that the world of arts education to learn from the experience of advanced countries, and focus on Creative Thinking in College Students of Art Education proposed the development of ideas.
