Language Study Of The Korean Language Interrogation Record

Interrogation record is a kind of transcript which made by public s ecurity organization investigators during the interrogation for suspe ct period. At the same time, this transcript is also called legal doc uments with the force of law. Beyond that, interrogation record is re sponded to questioning with duality. Externally, it is the combinatio n of lexical and grammar. Internally, it is the combination of the sc ience of law and linguistic which conveyed the content of evidence an d reflect the role of law.The process of interrogation record has shaped an integrated code r equirement, but there seems to be not met the requirements in terms o f real operations. In the way, there are some errors and mistakes in the interrogation record, which severely affected the legitimacy and seriousness of record. Especially, there are not specific language re quirements when it comes to Korean language interrogation record. The refore, this thesis will focus on 300 Korean language interrogation r ecord offered by public security bureau in Yangji city as we seek to provide insight into the language features of Korean language interro gation record and also come up with the requirements in a standardiza tion way.This thesis consist of following commitments:First, we will share v iews on aims, purposes, scopes and means of this thesis and conclude the result of interrogation record in the previous period. Second, we will focus on stylistic features. At the same time, we not only revi ews the definition of stylistic and prepares the concept of this styl istic interrogation record but also touch upon the study direction of linguistic of interrogation record. Third, make concrete analyze of the interrogation record with linguistic method. The author analyzes the record from four aspects including initial, lexical, morph and es say as a way to summarize the feature of record. Fourth, we bring up requirements for the process of record. We conduct the analysis in te rms of accurate and normative concluding standardization requirements of Korean language interrogation record. Finally, we focus on conclu sion in a comprehensive way.In a word, we focus on an exploratory study on Korean language inte rrogation record provided by public security bureau in Yangji city wi th linguistic method. What we do this just exist to master the links of language transformation during the questioning. Meanwhile, we move forward with language transformation with various types in an integr ated manner so that we can make the record more accurate and access t o reality. On top of that, what we have done is to support the interr ogation in this effort.
