Prosocial behaviors is a important behavior of the individual socialization, individual socially in development and social adaptation has the vital role. Our country for preschool prosocial behaviors of research is a single variable family environment factors or subjective factors and few carries on the comprehensive research. China is a multi-ethnic country, in the unity of the Chinese nation cultural background, different nationalities have their respective culture characteristics, and it is little research about prosocial behaviors that is according to the features of the nationality.Prosocial behavior is the performance of individual character traits, it is a necessary research that individual temperament and family environment interact to form prosocial behavior, and to study the characteristics of different national prosocial behavior.The research examined 297 Korean minority children that are 3 to 5 years old from 4 kindergartens in Yanji city. The research adopted Parent Temperature Questionaire (PTQ), Family Environment Scale (FES) and child prosocial behavior questionnaire which was written by Dengciping of East China Normal University in 1998. Discuss the relationship between the temperament, family environment and preschool children prosocial behaviors.The results are:1,Korean minority children in the garden performance of prosocial behavior is mainly affected by the impact of gender, girls showed more prosocial behavior than boys. Only Child, and non-only children are different in prosocial behavior.2,Korean minority children in the garden performance of prosocial behavior by the impact of early childhood temperament types. The young children of easy temperament and intermediate temperament, pro-social behavior of performed significantly better than the type of temperament difficulties and slow-to-warm-up-temperament. In terms of temperament dimensions, the response threshold of boys lower than girls.Distractability have prominent negative correlation with children's prosocial behaviors, quality of mood and threshold of responsiveness have prominent negative correlation with children's prosocial behaviors.3,Father education and mother education have prominent negative correlation with Korean minority children's prosocial behavior, family conflict have prominent negative correlation with children's prosocial behaviors, family cohesion, entertainment, organization have prominent positive correlation with children's prosocial behaviors.4,he most important three factors which influence children's prosocial behaviors is the family cohesion, distractability and family active-recreational orientation. Temperament and family environment influence each other, moderate the children's prosocial behaviors.5,Family cohesion, organization and intellectual-cultural orientation for difficult temperament children's prosocial behaviors, have significant positive prediction function, family conflict is a significant negative predication function.6,Family cohesion, active-recreational orientation, organization and achievement orientation for Easy temperament children's prosocial behaviors, have significant positive prediction function, family conflict is a significant negative predication function.7,Family cohesion and active-recreational orientation for slow-to-warm-up-temperament children's prosocial behaviors, have significant positive prediction function, family control is a significant negative predication function.8,Family cohesion, active-recreational orientation, organization and intellectual-cultural orientation for intermediate temperament children's prosocial behaviors, have significant positive prediction function, family conflict is a significant negative predication function.
