Prosocial behavior mainly refers to people in social activities showed a friendly positivebehavior, its characteristic is to benefit others and the whole group, and to promote exchangesbetween both sides of the harmonious relationship. It is an important content of modern positivepsychology, the reason lies in the development of pro-social behavior can enhance one’s ability toadapt to the society and the level, is the important indicator of social development. Temperamentis when individuals are born with unique performance characteristics, is an important internalindividual characteristics, so this research combining with the characteristics of junior high schoolstudents inner temperament and design an effective program to promote prosocial behaviors ofjunior middle school period teenagers outside of the.This study selected a middle school students of three grades in Dalian, using questionnairemethod to investigate the development characteristic of prosocial behaviors of middle schoolperiod of teenagers. In discussing the qualities associated with prosocial behavior of the concrete,regression relations on the basis of two grades from the first2of each select one experimentalclass and the contrast class, based on prosocial behaviors of middle school students temperamentcharacteristics design the promoting courses. By event sampling method in experiment in twoclasses of prosocial behavior observation records, the temperament characteristics significantlynegative and the low level of prosocial behavior subjects of case investigation and make detailedrecords, to examine the whole promote experiment to its influence. After experiment, testexperimental classes and contrast classes prosocial behaviors of middle school students owntemperament improvement and change, and then discusses based on quality evaluation ofprosocial behaviors of junior middle school students, to promote the utility of course.Research results show that:(1) the middle school students’ prosocial behavior has significantgrade difference and gender difference, the first2grades difference was not significant, but weresignificantly lower than the third grade; Girls’ prosocial behavior is significantly higher than boys;(2) the middle school students temperament and pro-social behavior tendency between somedimensions have significant correlation, the temperament of the reactivity, inhibitory to society, asthe focus, negative emotionality dimension can effectively forecast pro-social behavior, thus canpromote the improvement of prosocial behavior in middle school students’ temperament.(3) Onthe basis of the quality evaluation of prosocial behaviors of middle school students, whichpromotes the effective,2nd grade is crucial in the development of prosocial behavior, in thisperiod based on the improvement of temperament, the design of prosocial behavior course can beable to improve their prosocial behavior.
