In this paper, it adopts He Shengqi who is one member of new generation of young teachers in Shanghai Conservatory of Music and enjoys reputation and prestige in domestic and international flute band, community forums and even wind bind circles. It adopts the theoretical framework of education to make analysis on his teaching ideas, educational objectives, curriculum structure and teaching approaches. It also aims to analyze the successful path for flute teaching. It makes use of the sociological theory to interpret his flute education and the historical roots and social causes for social contexts. As the flutist and educator who grows under professional music education system in China, his success in flute teaching and playing in the international community has an influence and hint on professional instrumental music education in our country:Only the one who has outstanding professional skills and complete dual structure of knowledge in educational theory, he can become a professional music educator and the outstanding professional music educator. |
