The great Brazilian composer Heitor Villa-Lobos in late 19th early 20th century, who composed a large number of compositions with rich creative genres, unique style, established a new style in the history of European modern music. His work style of integration of multiple characteristics of music genres, creating a new and unique listening experience.This thesis takes Brizilian Heitor. Villa-Lobos's Bachianas Brasileiras No.4 as an example, which was also a piece of performance practice, aiming at exploring and explaining the fusion of various music styles in this piano works relied on the analysis of its constructional hierarchical multiple voices. With its clue along the composer's life and work experience, as well as its perspective from the European classical music school presented by Bach and modern nationalism presented by Brizilian folk music, this thesis tries to probe into the expression of the amalgamation of Bach and Brizilian music styles deeply and carefully, to present its variety of styles of classical, national characters and even the modern features.
