Humans can not lack ideological education at any time or any crowded places. Ideological and political education requires more attention to the study of psychology and the theory and practice of psychology. With the development of society and the adjustment of economic structure and the influence of financial crisis, a large number of rural workers unemployed have to return to their home town. They will start an undertaking or engaged in agricultural production. Children of those workers will accompany their parents to return to rural areas. Changes of the growing environment will inevitably influence those children with a particularly serious problem especially the mental conflict, and it also will affect their moral education. As a special group, re-transplanted children will certainly enter society in several years or teens years。What environment the society provide for re-transplanted children now and how to treat them,will certainly keep the memory. And all these will react on the society after the children go into the society. Ideological and political education is work to create and guide people's minds. Ideological and political education all can find the reason of success or failure in terms of psychological at all times and in all countries. Therefore, the significance of studying re-transplanted children's psychological is great.The issues include the following aspects: social environment of psychological maladjustment, interpersonal psychological maladjustment, learning to adapt to adverse psychological and the impact of moral. In this paper,author elaborate the background of re-transplanted children's psychological adaptation and significance of the study from the point of ideological and political education psychology . The conclusions of this paper include the following points: The first, the government should increase investment in education and improve educational resources. The second, schools should enhance re-transplanted children's psychological counseling. The third, parents should strengthen communication with their children.
