Research On Ji Kang's View Of The Ethical Code

This paper has researched on Ji Kang's view of the Ethical Code, highlighted its social values and norms meaning and " Differentiation of the name and Analysis of the reason " as the way of thinking. Our predecessors research is generally believed that Ji kang was not a ritual rebels, but there is a series of conflict in the theory of Interior that we usually so-called " Ti" and " Yong ", nature and the Confucian Ethical code, individuals and governments, criticism and evasion, ease and the Escape .This paper attempts to point out that Ji Kang's thought there is no contradiction. I would like to argue this from the following areas:The cognitive Method, Human Nature, The view of right and wrong, good and evil, Music Theory, longevity preservation, The view of fate...Ji Kang in the spirit of seeking truth and rational exploration method is still to be like the traditional Confucian ontology, efforts to combine nature and the Ethical code, reality and ideal. But it is not as traditional metaphysics so dogmatic, because he clarify the objective basis for the establishment of the Ethical Code; Also do not as Taoist so extreme ,because he realized the acquired and human factors of social construction. Whether the way of thinking or the objects of study, Ji Kang's thoughts are beyond the Wei-Jin metaphysics, also surpassed the traditional Confucianism and Taoism areas, and reflects the logical consistency. Because of his very sincerely and objectively ponder rationality of the Confucian Ethical Code. Ji Kang raised many points which are worth thinking about. For example virtue is not inevitable, innate, but it is universal; there must comply with external values and norms. It is the standard of judgement, but should not go against the true feelings, because true, no hiding that is good; music has its own nature except instructive functions; There are social and individual significance in the life, but survival is more important.; Destiny of good or ill, happiness or misfortunes is not entirely outside of human, but can be made by human efforts.In addition, Ji Kang's Rational way of" Differentiation of the name and Analysis of the reason " which was applied to exploration and specific understanding and thinking of the fundamental problems, represented the scientific thinking process with a healthy skepticism,hypothesis, argument, seeking objective evidence. Let us realize that a rational way of thinking is not a tool, not fixed, but can have individual inherent tendency, the objective reality of things unfolded. Thus it is the most important way.in promoting the progress of social norms and values.
