A better nutrition and health level is a prerequisite for economic and social development. In recent years,it has been a sprint period for China to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.It is also an important time to change the structure of food production and consumption and improve the quality of residents'diets.Compared with the past, the consumption level of residents, especially the level of food consumption, has been greatly improved. However, the actual national conditions in China are that the gap between urban and rural development is significant, the quantity of food consumption has increased rigidly, the requirements for food quality continue to improve, and food safety problems still exist.A study on the differences in dietary nutrition status between urban and rural areas and between regions. On the basis of the reality of sustained and rapid economic development in the future, the continued growth of food consumption and the continuous increase in nutritional needs will become the norm. The difference in the dietary nutrition status of residents between urban and rural areas and between regions continues to expand.Strengthening dietary nutrition guidance and research is related to China's comprehensive construction of a well-off business Success or failure is also the key to promoting the coordinated and sustainable development of dietary nutrition in China. At present, globalization has become a new development phenomenon in human society. In the face of a complex and new world economic environment,China's dietary and nutritional structure must be adjusted accordingly. It is of great significance to formulate relevant policies on food consumption and nutrition security in China in the future in order to guide residents' reasonable diet and balanced nutrition, and develop a scientific and healthy life.Based on this, this study will explore the spatial differentiation pattern of residents'dietary nutrition rationality and the main natural environment and socioeconomic factors.First of all,it seeks theoretical support for residents' food consumption and nutrition development, and then compiles the main food and nutrient conversion table of China according to the "Chinese Food Composition Table".The 9 types of food consumption of urban and rural residents,as well as 12 types of nutrients such as energy, protein, fat, vitamins and cholesterol, are compared with the recommended values of Chinese residents'diet pagodas, and the urban and rural residents' food consumption and nutrition rationality index and spatial differentiation pattern are analyzed..The results show that there is a significant difference between the food consumption and nutritional status of urban and rural residents in China, and the food consumption of most rural residents has not yet reached the recommended value.Judging from the regional differences in nutritional rationality, the overall level of rationality of the dietary nutrition structure of Chinese residents presents a pattern of"East Central>Western" and "Coastal>Inland",and the internal differences present" Urban>Rural" and "Economically developed areas>Economic backwardness "Region"characteristics. Then, using ordinary least squares(OLS)and geographic weighted regression(GWR)to analyze the main factors affecting the nutritional rationality of urban and rural residents, the study found that socioeconomic factors have greater impact on the nutritional rationality of urban residents than natural environmental factors. The two main factors that affect the nutritional rationality of urban and rural residents are per capita GDP and average education level. The two most important natural environmental factors are accumulated temperature?0 ? and altitude. Therefore, the most critical factor for gradually narrowing the urban-rural and regional nutritional differences is to increase rural residents' economic income and education and cultural level. Finally, based on the national conditions and on the basis of the above research conclusions, several policy recommendations are proposed to balance dietary nutrition and improve the overall health of urban and rural residents. This includes adjusting the income distribution structure, narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas, strengthening the national nutrition awareness, improving diet quality, relying on urbanization, promoting the non-agriculturalization of rural families, accelerating the adjustment of agricultural structure, and ensuring food safety.
