The twenty-first century is the era of konwledge economy,focusing on thebuilding of innovation system.The assignment that education provides the tanlentand intellectual resources support for the policy,economy and culture in our societyis more and more urgent.in the process of all-round development education shiftingfrom the examination-oriented education,the problem that how the education cancultivate talents of creativity has been put on the order of the day about educationalreform.The reality of the development of the technology and society tells us if onlyinitiating technique and teaching knowledge but ignoring the devolopment of thecreatinity, training of the innovative thinking and technology method and fosteringinnovative talents,and paying much attention to the examination-orientededucation,estimation,memory,in this way,they can only foster out people who havelow quality and rigid mindsets,lare lack of the response ability.the basic educationin our country unprecedented reformmation on the course,so the new courseshoulder tthe mission of the era,with the new idea,it is going to permeate the schoollife and changing the lifestyle of the teachers and students in primary and highschools,aiming at fostering the innovative atisit sentiment, besides,traininginnovative personality through the education of appreciation of the beauty.Based onthis,teachers must have the innovative quality,and creat a learning mechanism whichis benefit the form of the students’innovative personality so that to foster theinnovation spirit,creative thinking,and innovation ability.A new round of basiceducation curriculum reform is a necessary demand for the development of theages.Moreover,it is significant for us to build the basic education curriculum systemand improve the national quality.This aticle is devided into six chapters and sections to research thispropositions:the introduction mainly elaborate the innovation point,research methodand contents.It integrates the related research at home and abroad,which is lay the groundwork for writing the aticle.The second chapter makes a summary foratistic education and illustrate the necessaty and signifucance of innovation educaionin atistic education.The third chapter trains the innovative ability in edaucion.Theforth chapter makes in-depth analysis of the innovation education.The fifith chapteranalizes the measures of training the innovative students.The last chapter looksahead basing on the actual and emphasizes the pratical meaning in the educaion.
