The Study On The Attributive Structure Of Qianfulun

Qianfulin is a book with very strong nonpolitical complexion, previous scholars have researched it from the philosophical thinking and literature value .The works which research Qianfulun from Chinese history mainly relate to vocabulary and rarely to phrases and sentences. This paper will study phrases and complex sentence works from modifier-noun construction, so it is very novel in the choice of data. This paper which based on concrete language reality aims to complete qualitative and quantitative analysis on modifier-noun phrase and comprehensively analyze syntactic component and semantic features and pragmatic features. We hope to make a contribution for Middle Ages Chinese grammatical research, also hope to provide the material and the reference for the development of Chinese grammatical rules.The paper is comprised of three chapters apart from the exordium and epilogue.Chapter one from the perspective of syntactic level, completely classify and describe about the attributive composition and core composition; analysis of stratification in complex modifier-noun phrase, it come to the conclusion that permutation order of multiple-attributive; and analysis syntactic function of modifier-noun phrase, it has many difference between adjectives as the core language and noun as the core language in syntactic function.Chapter two from the semantic level, analysis modifier-noun phrase. First, through the analysis of the semantic research of attributive, we consider that attributive mostly leads directly to the core language on the semantics in the Qianfulin. Second, we are found on core language and analysis seven main types about semantic relationship between attribute and core in the Qianfulin. Thirdly, we mainly analysis eight kinds of semantic function of modifier-noun phrase.Chapter three describes reference features of modifier-noun phrase. Relationship of reference and predication not only is mutual difference but also is mutual transformation on the certain condition. Compared to the methods of mutual transformation between reference and predication in the modern Chinese, there are many different methods in the Qianfulin.
