This paper focuses on the outdoor advertising media placement in the environment and how to conduct innovative design . The relationship between environmental factors and outdoor advertisement not only involves city politics, economy, culture, urban construction, roads and traffic, etc, but also affects the city landscape image. Because of a lack of understanding of environmental factors, the early outdoor advertising has brought a certain degree of negative effects to some of the city's landscape image. Now with the development needs of city material civilization and spiritual civilization, desultorily and lousy outdoor advertising works has been controlled, more and more outdoor advertising design are turning to a high quality, high-tech, it means that the original quantity but not quality changes into mining outdoor advertising culture connotation and effect deeply, this change mainly reflected in the in-depth research on innovative design of outdoor advertising. In addition to the continuous development of scientific and technical updates the outdoor advertising media form of expression. Outdoor advertising is not limited to two-dimensional form; it has developed towards multidimensional which make it has a strong ability to adapt to the environment, environmental protection, high-tech and many other advantages.Outdoor advertising fuse in urban environment, they are an indivisible whole, considering the mutual adaptation, mutual integration of the relationship between the two, besides, taking interactivity and experiential among outdoor advertising, environment and the audiences into account. Only outdoor advertising media explore the interaction relations among the three to the extreme, can make their own media effect and the quality of the urban landscape significantly improved.The paper based on the actual investigation of outdoor advertising in Xi'an, analyzing the survey results by use of some methods, such as comparison, classification, statistics, reference etc, and combining with domestic and foreign outstanding outdoor advertising works to do comparison and research in-depth and specifically. The Papers discussed from two respects, the first is the innovative design based on environmental factors, including creativity and innovation design, which mainly analyzed and summarized two respects content , one is the diversification trend of design originality in the modern design of outdoor advertising development and changes ,the other one is the construction process of symbolic context in the outdoor advertising. It can not only draw diversification way of modern outdoor advertising design creative which makes the outdoor advertising continuously meeting the demand of social development, but also make them on a correct sustainable development road. The second is to explore the constructions of symbolic context which are based on environmental factors and can shape the information in ads into more complete spreading shape. It can not only make information get better spreading, but also make audiences more easily to accept, understand and choose. Furthermore, it can achieve the transfer of effective information better, improve the value of information transmission and further clarify the important effect of the constructions of symbol context on the innovative design based on environmental factors .At the same time, this paper conducted thorough analysis and investigation in various influencing factors of the innovative design of outdoor advertising from three aspects which are the speeding effects, economic effects and social effects. This can make the structure of article tend to more complete, and its purpose is to combine various influencing factors of innovative design to produce multiple breakthrough points. Thus change the behavior of the audience, successfully and efficiently achieve information spreading of outdoor advertising, increase pertinence in application of outdoor advertising, meet the actual needs of different environments, better reflect the value of this research and plays a certain guidance and reference function for many domestic large and medium-sized cities in the aspect of innovative design of outdoor advertising.
