In recent years, urban outdoor advertising has become the most direct contact with the mass media in the form of advertising. With the rapid development of modern urbanization, outdoor advertising is not only closer together consumers and producers but also has already integrated into the urban landscape, it has become an indispensable part of the urban landscape.At the same time, with the demand for urban development the number of outdoor advertising, form, type and color become rich and varied, highlighting the vitality of a vibrant city. However, the relevant departments for city management and control of outdoor advertising efforts cannot catch up with the pace of development of outdoor advertising, made the outdoor advertising causing wanton growth and disorganized,bringing some problems to urban planning and development. Therefore, the urban outdoor advertising systematic study to develop a display of local economic and cultural development plan of a set of line is particularly necessary.Shenyang outdoor advertising is the main object of study. The first chapter describes the background and significance of the subject source research, as well as the status quo, at home and abroad outdoor advertising research; the second chapter discusses the design principles outdoor advertising concepts, characteristics, types,advantages and outdoor advertising; the third chapter is the status of Shenyang outdoor advertising field research, analyzed the stage presence of a problem of outdoor advertising; the fourth and fifth chapters presented Shenyang outdoor advertising display planning design strategy, developed Shenyang outdoor advertising furnishings and facilities planning norms; the sixth chapter is feasible suggestions for outdoor advertising late in management and maintenance.
