Reaseach Innational Thoughts And National Policy Of Wang-mang

The research about our ancient national thought and policiy has already aroused universal attention of many scholars in our country, but the special study about the representative personage of ethnic relations has still not been seeing much, and the system research of historical personage's national thought and policy which used archaeological finds- Jian Du conducts are vevy few. This article attempts to reorganize and analysis about Wang-mang's national thought and policy, to define clearly Wang-mang's national thought and the policy which always has quite a lot dispute by using the literature which is handed down for generations as well as underground archaeological finds---Jian Du. This article is divided five parts, the primary coverage introduction is as follows:The first part: Mainly introduces the basis of topic selecting, significance of research, present situation of scholars'reseach and so on.For research convenience, we also have carried on the limits to the related concepts.The second part: Mainly introduces rationale and the social basis of Wang-mang's national thought and the policy. Pointed out that Wang-mang's national thought and the policy rationale resulted from ancient thought of ethnic relations of our country, as well as the narration about the thought of ethnic relations of Confucianist. It is Wang-mang's nationality thought and the policy social basis that the ethnic relations with peripheral ethnic which establishmented in early period of Western Han Dynasty.The third part: Pointed out that the total guiding principle of Wang-mang's national thoughts is the Confucianist"universal"of the national thought, that all sorts of nationality policy action of Wang-mang is controled by this guiding principle.The fourth part:This part carries on the elaboration to the influence and the appraisal of Wang-mang's nationality thought and policy.Last part is a conclusion: through researching to origining of nationality thought's of Wang-mang and the implementation of national policy, this article thought: Although Wang-mang's many actions did not ppear realistic but for a powerful ruler, it was still a bold and beneficial exploration for searching the solution to society question as an intellectual.
