For a long time, on the issue of Chinese quasi-affix always focused on its nature,structure and semantic criteria and other aspects of description and analysis, thequasi-affix's research has made great progress, there is more comprehensiveunderstanding of some aspects as to the nature, characteristics, criteria (range),classification, semantic features, source and so on, which established a systematictheory of quasi-affix, these studies contribute a lot for us to clearly understand theproblems of quasi-affix. The describing and functional characteristics of the resultsare undoubtedly a very prominent, but on the other hand, there will be about why isthe quasi-affix phenomenon coming out? What is the psychological basis of it? Whatis the motivation Quasi- suffix for comes from where? How to describe and interpretthe generation process on quasi-affix more convincingly? How to explain therelationship of the combination between quasi-affix and the root morpheme? Theseproblems can not be solved through the study of ontology, so it is necessary tointroduce new methods to further their studies.Cognitive theory have a high explanatory power and generality on these issues,can provide some explanation from the outside, while the bulk of this interpretationto its complement, and promote awareness of the issue for further affix deepened.The paper advocated the establishment of modern Chinese quasi-affixes typicalcategory, as distinct from the Chinese Affix category, mainly because of theexistence of the base, the motivation, the cognitive aspects of the building process,etc. have shown different characteristics, so quasi-affix category of ChineseEstablishment is necessary.Being different with Chinese affix category, quasi-affix has the characteristicsof dynamic, so by the previous study of static problems of Chinese is very difficultto affix another height above analysis. This paper hopes to inherit the worthies onthe basis of research results, through the external factors on a broad interpretation toachieve the purpose of further deepening. Based on the above considerations, thearticle can be divided into six parts:The first part is a combination of various results of previous studies to tell thereasons why human beings put forward this topic and the current research, we tryour best to make a clearer understanding about the previous studies; giving the reason why the articles employ cognitive perspective to explain the Chinese wordformation .The second part gives the attentions on re-discussion of nature for quasi-affix.The reason for the establishment of Chinese quasi-affixes category; re-affix thenature of the discussion of issues in Chinese; Chinese quasi-affixes atypical andtypical category. Analysis of this chapter, we try to affix to establish Chinesequasi-affix category system, and make distinguish between typical affixes andquasi-affix.
