Creation of Situation is one of the hot points of modern teaching and learning theory research, while in the field of TCSL, Creation of Situation still remains its freshness, although teachers always use this kind of teaching method in class with or without awareness, its using status and principle are not well known, as there are few experts and scholars pay attention to this subject. Creation of Situation is a gold mine worth digging.Creation of Situation is a kind of teaching methods which was used to meet the teaching target, based on the Creation of Situation theory and actual teaching situation, teachers could design and create a vivid language learning environment in the class to make the students understand the contents of courses and grasp the knowledge and skills with emotional experiences. This thesis made Creation of Situation into 3 classifications from 3 angles:technique, object and source.Teachers used Creation of Situation a lot in oral class already, but not in a 100 percent perfect way, especially in the junior and middle-level courses, high-level courses are more mature, but still have some limitations. The main reason of this current situation is that teachers are lack of theoretic knowledge and teaching skills, as well as practical experiences.Creation of Situation should be adept to the students'knowledge and skills, in accordance with acknowledge discipline, attractive to students, linking to the contents of courses tightly. Teachers could learn more about Creation of Situation, strengthen the skills of teaching in Creation of Situation, pay attention to the subjective status of students and the stage features of oral teaching, balance the using of Creation of Situation and find an effective evaluating way to improve their teaching.
