The Study On Endogenous Mechanism Of The Rural Public Culture Services In China

Over the years, rural public cultural situation is worrying, and is a far cry from the requirements of the harmonious development of new countryside. Real contradiction alerts to us, to find a suitable way of public cultural supplying, and then to reconstruct the public culture in rural areas is a very important issue which is tightly related to the cultural development in rural areas as well as national prosperity and stability.By many methods such as positive research documents analysis, social research, and comparative research, etc, this paper starts its research from exploring the nature of the rural public culture, finds out that the shortcomings of the state administrative supply mechanism is the fundamental weakness in rural public culture supply, and then proposes that the development of rural public culture relies on establishing endogenous mechanism, and enhancing self-development capacity in culture of rural areas and farmers.Endogenous mechanism for rural public culture is based on the participating of the main representatives of the rural cultural elite, and rural cultural groups, which are the creators and inheritors on rural public cultural; and Endogenous mechanism runs under a certain political environment, resources environment and marketing environment. The dynamics of the endogenous mechanism is from the main participators which have the entertainment demand, group's identity demand and the desire for honor. However, the running of endogenous mechanism has to face the main difficulties such as the limitations of the participators, and the limitations on resources and political environment.Therefore, supporting the main body to develop themselves, creating a good system environment, innovating the main linkage mechanism between the main body and the environment, and effectively stimulating the main body will contribute to achieving the goal of constructing endogenous mechanism for rural public culture.
