The Researching On The Ethical Issues Of "Human Flesh Searching"

As the necessary complement of the value system, the basic principles of ethical value conflicts of"human flesh searching"are suggested to resolve the value conflicts. Under the guidance of the value system and the ethical principles, the thesis suggests the program to resolve the ethical issues at the three aspects of the Internet users, the network industry and the government. The thesis suggests improving the quality of Internet users and the competitive environment of the network industry. And it also suggests that the government should implement the limited network real-name system, and regulate the network more effectively, to protect the healthy and orderly development of"human flesh searching".
