Research On The Applications Of Cultural Heritage Protection Project Management Based On The 3S Technology

China's cultural heritages are wide distribution, quantity, and difficult to management. Recent years, coupled with so many disasters, heritages were caused tremendous damage. But using traditional management tools is very hard to manage heritages more scientific and effective. Therefore, we should build the cultural heritage protection project management system using modern information technology. With the system for the daily management of cultural relics, rescue protection and monitoring of implementation and management of repair work to provide significant support.This informational system can provide significant support on daily management of cultural relics, rescue protection and monitoring of implementation and management of repair work .Basing on comprehensive analysis of the present status of cultural heritage and worldwide information system, aiming at the mandate for the protection of our cultural heritage and business processes, the theoretical framework of heritage protection project management system, technology process had been established basing on 3S technology. Building a integrated information management platform of cross-cultural relics departments, cultural units, management in one for our nation, all provinces and departments, based on network technology and 3S technology.Finally, using the Wenchuan earthquake as an example, according to the research results of these studies to establish post-disaster rescue of cultural heritage protection integrated information platform system. The research results will hit heritage protection and management, damage assessment, repair, programming, repair and rehabilitation works program management review provide an effective working platform.
