Research On The Management Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection In Donghai County

Intangible cultural heritage is the material basis of human historical development and the essence of national culture,which has profound cultural value.Culture is the soul of a country and a nation,and China has a long history of 5,000 years,especially now that China is in a period of rapid economic growth,the people’s demand for culture is getting higher and higher,and more and more mature legal regulations and protection mechanisms are protecting intangible cultural heritage.However,we cannot ignore the problems.However,we cannot ignore that there are still many imperfections in the protection and management of intangible cultural heritage,especially in the environment represented by counties.Donghai County is at the border of Jiangsu Province and Shandong Province,with a long history and rich culture,and is famous for its crystal,hot springs and prints.Although a lot of work has been done to protect and manage intangible cultural heritage,the current situation is not very satisfactory due to some subjective and objective reasons.How to let the county seek opportunities in the difficult situation,so that traditional culture can be reborn,become the current cultural work of the county’s top priority.This time is to take Donghai County of Lianyungang City as the main subject of the study,firstly,the background,current situation and significance of the study are explained,then the relevant concepts used are discussed,and the literature combing method,comparative analysis method and survey research method are used to analyze the situation of Donghai County government in the protection and management of intangible cultural heritage,including improving the organization,conducting census of intangible cultural heritage,displaying exhibition activities and industrialization of intangible cultural heritage projects.The problems in the protection and management of intangible cultural heritage in Donghai County are addressed,such as insufficient supply of human and financial resources by the government and relatively chaotic management;insufficient publicity and low public participation;insufficient attention to inheritors and insufficient support for protection;and the phenomenon of emphasizing declaration,development,protection and management in a single way.Then,we analyze the reasons for these problems,combine them with theories related to public management,and propose specific feasible countermeasures,including insisting on the leading responsibility of the government,doing a good job of planning and leading,improving the protection mechanism,raising the access threshold,and striving for diversification of financial and social capital;enhancing the influence of intangible cultural heritage,promoting the participation of all people,strengthening deep learning and research,doing a good job of comprehensive development of inheritors,and conducting thematic research and exchange and display activities;ensure effective operation of the market,create a dynamic inheritance mechanism,explore and play the advantages of resources,create special cultural industries,promote cross-border integration and development,and open up the path of revitalization of ICH,etc.
