The progress of information technology have promoted the development of the human's practical modes. The virtual practice increasingly are changing the modes of production and lifestyle. As the essence of the spirit of the times, philosophy need to criticize and reflect the contemporary issues. What the virtual phenomenon appeared in the living world gives us what perceptible intuitions, which is the first question need to know; Secondly, the "virtual practice" as a word, there has not been a convincing argument to the people. So, we need to find the theoretical arguments and the conclusive evidence for virtuality is to be a practice. When the virtuality confirmed as a form of practice will inevitably arise some important questions about the virtual practice, such as the relationship between the virtual practice and the real practice,the soka and the costs of the virtual practice.Treatment of these issues requires that we neither allow virtuality close over the truth of reality nor does it hinder the freedom of virtuality. So ,we need to clarify these issues about virtual practice.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part from the following aspects to expound how the virtuality appeared in our lives: the Being of virtuality on the language, the causes of virtuality,the historical forms of virtuality, the contemporary forms of virtuality and the forms in the future.The second part expound how the virtual practice is to be established.Not only inspect the historical forms of practice concept before Marx,the scientific practice concept from the classic texts of Marx,but also demonstrate why the virtuality is to be a practice from the connotation and the denotation of practice concept.The third part expound the relevant questions of virtual practice,such as the interweaver and interaction of virtuality and reality,the Soka and the costs of virtual practice.
