Review on the basis of past researches in this article, the use of empirical research investigation of the taking charge and voice on job performanceand on altruism behavior. We study the effects of major research on the taking charge on job performance,voice impact on job performance, impact of taking charge on altruism,voice effect on altruism ; voice's role in the regulation of relations between taking charge and job performance ,And voice's role in the regulation of the relationship between taking charge and altruism.First of all, structure and assumptions are showed on the basis of studying reviews the relevant literature; and then we select several high - tech enterprises in Shanghai as a study sample and an last 206 valid data we got;on this basis we used SPSS17.0 statistical analysis tools for analysis and the conclusions are obtained and finally analysis and discussion on the conclusions to be.The main conclusions include: Taking charge has a positive role in promoting altruism and job performance, voice has a positive role in promoting job performance but no effect on altruism, voice has a moderate effect on the relationship between taking charge and job performance,and on the relationship between taking charge and altruism.In addition, the study also confirmed that control variables have effects on taking charge,voice,altruism except job performance.This study deepening the understanding of the concept of taking charge,voice and explore their actual role in the organization. Helping managers recognize important role of taking charge,voice and similar behavior on an organization,so they may create an open and harmonious work atmosphere, construct a innovative organization environment, and final stand out in market competition.
