| With the rapid development of economic society,the business environment in which organizations operate has become increasingly complex.There have been studies that have proven that employees’ taking charge behavior can bring positive impacts to organizations,but how to effectively promote the behavior has long been a problem that scholars and organizational managers want to solve.As a customized arrangement,idiosyncratic deals can motivate employees,but the impact mechanism between idiosyncratic deals and taking charge behavior is still unknown.Therefore,this article introduces idiosyncratic deals based on the self determination theory.This study mainly explores the relationship between idiosyncratic deals and employees’ taking charge behavior.And the mediating role of job involvement and the moderating role of the error management climate.This thesis reviews and summarizes the existing literature on idiosyncratic deals,taking charge behavior,job involvement and error management climate,and builds a theoretical model of idiosyncratic deals influencing taking charge behavior based on theoretical deduction.By means of questionnaire survey,355 valid questionnaires were collected from employees in different industries in Hunan,Hubei,Guangdong,Shanghai and other places.SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0 were used to verify and analyze the research hypotheses,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)Idiosyncratic deals have a significant positive impact on taking charge behavior;(2)Idiosyncratic deals positively affect employee’s job involvement;(3)Job involvement plays a mediating role between idiosyncratic deals and taking charge behavior;(4)Error management climate positively moderates the relationship between job involvement and taking charge behavior.This thesis explores the influence of idiosyncratic deals on taking charge behavior and its action path and boundary conditions,which enrich the relevant research in the field of idiosyncratic deals and taking charge behavior,and expand the relevant research on job involvement and the applicable context of error management climate. |
