The music products inferred in this paper is the music software and interface which is used in various hardware terminals. This research used the method combined qualitative and quantitative research, aims to establish music products'Persona and digs the users'demands, and improves the user research systems of the music products, in order to provide substantial references. The main innovations of this paper include two aspects, it establishes the consummation Persona of the music products, and proves the users'demands by using Kano model.According to the different research stages, corresponding methods are selected. In the user research stage, Kano model, in-depth interview and expert evaluation is used. In the data analysis stage, Two-step cluster analysis and reliability analysis is used. In the interface design stage, the concept model and products'interaction prototypes is completed.After qualitative research, key dimensions of music users are established, and user target tree is constructed. Picked up the issues have to quantitative analysis in the qualitative conclusion, the overall data statistical analysis of music users'properties and behaviors is finished by collecting users'data about music products in questionnaire survey. In addition, based on the Two-Step cluster analysis, five music users'classifies are established. Finally, five Personas of the music products included three primary Personas and two secondary Personas are established based on the conclusions of quantitative and qualitative research.Exploring the applications of the primary Personas in interface design, and using the Kano model to prove the music users'demands, the charisma attributes and the liner attributes are obtained. Based on the specialties of the music products'Personas and demand analysis, the interface design of the computer software and the mobile phone applications is accomplished. |
