Paper-cutting is labor people's long-term accumulated product, has deep cultural inside information, reflects the various regional folk customs and life, has some of the local characteristics. Will it into high school art teaching, to improve the adaptability of the fine arts course; Stimulates the student to study the interest in fine arts; The training of the students' innovation spirit; Strengthen the student's design and practical capability; Promote the growth of the students' individuality. Students through the study, not only enriched the paper-cut life interest, edify sentiment, also deepen the aesthetic of folk art and Chinese traditional cultural understanding, cultivate their love for the motherland, love the good thinking character, art caused their patriotic enthusiasm. This reflects the new art course standard curriculum value and idea, comply with the new standard .This article on the structure is divided into four parts:Introduction: mainly analyzes the part in the new round of foundation education reform under the trend of paper-cut, teaching as a local arts curriculum resources in training students' attitudes, values and design and practical ability, and other aspects of the role.
