Music teachers must have professional knowledge and skills, teaching ability and comprehensive capacity as necessary skills to master the music courses. Studying on how to develop the teaching ability for music class of teachers is the center of this paper. The field of music education in the basic research has important significance.A large number of normal college students lack of understanding and learn about advanced approach and advanced thinking of system knowledge,which still have replication cycle with the traditional teaching mode. This article show the basic meaning of teaching in mind,and investigate the actual teaching ability,then discuss on higher music education curriculum reform. The teaching philosophy which combines advanced status of our educational system have make analytical thinking and research, analyze the growth of Normal College Students's way, and make suggestive recommendations on methods of teaching.This article will show that music students in normal college teaching ability in the "teaching" at the level of theory into practice to give practical guidance in research activities.Specifically in the first chapter,this paper from the student's teaching ability of normal background and significance of the research to start, the first analysis of the student's teaching ability of teachers to study the significance of further education and theorists of domestic and foreign research results are described in detail, clearly This study proposed methods and ideas.In the second chapter, this paper describes the ability of teachers teaching the students the theoretical system, than on the difference between competence and teaching ability, think that as a pre-vocational education, teaching ability can be developed and cultivated.Subsequently, the author discusses the Higher Teacher Education in the status quo, particularly focuses on the Sichuan Teacher education in, and in-school and school of Music student teaching ability and a sample assessment, scientific evaluation of the higher teacher education situation.In the final chapter, the paper of music education in the curriculum system let out a further thought, and put forward the principles and objectives of the curriculum. Above all, the author proposes a class of music students in normal capacity-building view of teaching.
