Based on the Chinese international education career promotion a high demand for Chinese teachers,Chinese international education professional development objective need,as well as the needs of the intern teachers' professional development,this paper focus on "teaching design ability" as the research topic and focus.This paper aims to through the relevant research,in order to improve Chinese teachers' overall quality,refine the Chinese international education professional course system and teaching content design.Meanwhile,it also provides many theoretical and practical implications to the development of intern students and teachers' training in school.This paper,selecting Dalian university of foreign languages intern teachers as research objects,and taking classroom observation and interview methods to constructs the intern teachers' teaching design ability structure system under the guidance of relevant theory.At the same time,the study based on LICC classroom observation mode,outline the interview to explore what is the present situation of the intern teachers' teaching design ability.In the end,I tried to point out some suggestions and reflections on improving the teaching design ability of the trainees.The result showed that in terms of intern Chinese teacher's present situation,intern teachers kept a positive attitude towards teaching and had a complete design process,not obvious absence of teaching procedures.Besides,intern teachers had a relatively better analysis ability to teaching materials and teaching objects.However,the results of classroom observation and interview results showed that the curriculum standard analysis ability,teaching task design ability and self-monitoring and reflection ability of the trainee teachers need to be improved greatly.Trainee teachers' teaching ability,teaching strategy analysis and utilization of resources ability,learning evaluation design ability,such as dimension,need an in-depth study on some specific observation point and improve.The influence factors are mainly about intern teachers do not pay enough attention to the learning of curriculum standards,intern teachers do not have comprehensive learning of instructional design knowledge and have a single access to it,and intern teachers do not pay enough attention to students and reflection.There are few teaching related to teaching design in schools.Finally,Suggestions are school should strengthen the training of intern teachers' teaching design and teaching design ability knowledge.Interns should establish a sense of "students are the main body" and enhance the consciousness of reflection and self-monitoring.
