The Research On Idealistic Politics Of Qaddafi

This article aims to explore the formation causes, content and achievements and deficiencies of the idealistic politic practiced by Libya leader Muammar Gaddafi since he came to power in 1969. The analysis focus on the deficiencies of the idealistic politic of Gaddafi.The formation causes of Qaddafi's idealistic politic contain main three points:Tough conditions and his unique eccentric character; The influence of islamic thought and the incentives of Arab heroic deeds; the influence of Nasserist.At home, Gaddafi launched "the World's Third Theory" and the "Green Book",then established a unique socialist country. In foreign relations the politic' strongman' has a strong idealistic style. "Leadership Love" and "Unity Dream" is a main line of Qaddafi' diplomatic practices. At the first phase of his rule his strong policies towards the United States and other Western countries reflects Gaddafi's strong idealistic diplomacy.At his later rule phase,changes to pragmatic did not show he give up his consistent style.During his 41-year-ruling of Libya, Libya has got to be a country with prosperity economic, development social. In term of Improving people's livelihood,he have made some achievements.But at a short time, Gaddafi's rule has been in trouble,which reflects the limitations and deficiencies of Qaddafi's idealistic politic.From the perspective of dialectical materialism,the article analyzed Qaddafi idealistic politic in two aspects,first of all First sure its achievements,then detailedly analyzed the deficiencies of the idealistic politic of Gaddafi.
