The Huns are an ancient horde of our country; they not only impacted ancient China, but the world history. So the research on Hun is always a hot point in the academic circle. The thesis takes the "population" as a point of penetration and studies population moved problems between Austro-Hungarian. Because the few research for this point, this thesis still has much work to do.The thesis includes the introduction and text. In the introduction, I mainly state the motivations and the significance of the topic, current research in the academic circle, the methodology and the innovation place.The text part is systematic interpretation and research on this topic and it states the topic through four areas. The first area is mainly the history background. With the history background, I analyze the topic meticulously and deeply, from the following four aspects: the Austro-Hungarian exclamation changing, policy changes and the competition for controlling the Western Regions.The second area explains there are many approaches of hsiungnu flowed into Zhongyuan for inner and external factors, for instances, captivity through war, voluntary attached Han, sending protons, sending messengers. And Houwang system, which is a warning system at early times for stopping hsiungnu flowing into Zhongyuan, is also introduced. In addition, the measures of settlement and management on hsiungnu upper and ordinary people, which were taken by Han dynasty, are discussed in this part of the content.The third area mainly expounds the situation of Han flowing move into hsiungnu from south to north. This part focuses on analyzing the three high tides and channels of flowing move, through defeat expeditions, political defecting lost, make peace with rulers of minority nationalities in the border areas by marriage, frontier trade, illegal escaping, and Frontier people escaping.The forth area mainly discusses the extensive and profound influence in the flowing move between Han and hsiungnu. This topic was interpreted from politics, economy, culture and custom, reflecting national penetration and amalgamation.
