Objective: To evaluate the school students and their parents, teachers' psychological health status in Liaoning province, furthermore to analysis the effect and function characteristics among parents and teachers'mental health with school students. Methods: With the adopted stratified and probability proportion sample (PPS) method, the primary and middle school students (6-17 years old) as research objects extracted with random cluster in Liaoning province. International strength and difficulty questionnaire (SDQ) and general health questionnaire-12 (GHQ-12) was respectively adopted to screen school students' psychological problems, to measure the mental health level of parents and teachers. Using 13.0 version of SPSS statistical packages were used to analyze the students'SDQ and their parents and teachers'GHQ-12 to get the positive ratio in psychological problem and describe the distribution characteristics, Spearman related and liner regression were adopted to analysis the relationship between the students SDQ scores and parents GHQ-12 scores, and Logistic regression was applied to analysis the school-students mental problems relationship.Results:⑴The School students' psychological problems in Liaoning province: general psychological problems 13.30% (emotional 10.36%, conduct 8.84%, hyperactivity 1.54%); tripartite adult psychological problems: teacher (21.30%), mother (8.10%), father (6.40%), and at least one 49.70%, only one 35.80%, two 11.60%, three 2.30%.⑵Distribution features of school students'mental health: the urban wasn't significantly higher than the rural in psychological problems except hyperactivity problem (OR=0.63, 95%CI=0.44-0.90); and male psychological problem was remarkably higher than female, which was more obvious in older. ⑶Adult mental problems distribution features: the rural was with higher ratio than the urban in tripartite adult mental problems, with mother (OR=1.29, 95%=1.16-1.44) and father (OR=1.19, 95%CI=1.06-1.33) and teachers (OR=1.16, 95%CI=1.06-1.28). To over 40 years old parents, there was a notable rise in anxiety(OR=1.20,95%CI=1.03- 1.40) for mother and three aspects psychological problems and any dimension psychological problems(OR=1.28,95%CI=1.09-1.49) for father. At the same time, there was a remarkable high ratio (OR=1.20, 95%CI=1.06-1.37) in anxiety for teacher over 40 years old, while a lower ratio (OR=0.68, 95%CI=0.55-0.84) in lose confidence.⑷Adult psychological problems influence on the children of psychological problems: the total SDQ score with the total GHQ from teacher(r=0.09, p<0.01) and mother(r=0.07-0.30, p<0.01) and father(r=0.07-0.20, p<0.01) was notable positive correlation, and the three review SDQ total score with the father, mother and teacher GHQ total score is more higher more rise. The students whose parents were with psychological problems had a double ratio in emotion and conduct and any other psychological disturbs, and a three times ratio in hyperactivity problem. The students whose teachers were with anxiety problems had a prominent ratio (OR=1.23,95%CI=1.01-1.49) in emotion problems. There was a dose-response relationship between how many person were with psychological disturb among three adults (parents and teacher) and the student psychological problem ratio.Conclusion:⑴The school children mental problems: general psychological problems 13.3%, emotional (10.36%)>conduct (8.84%)>hyperactivity (1.54%).⑵Teacher and mother and father psychological problems: teacher (21.30%) > mother (8.10%) > father (6.40%). At least one 49.70%, only one 35.80%, two 11.60%, and three 2.30%.⑶The health level of school student was significantly related with his parents and teachers'. There was a dose- response relationship between how many person were with psychological disturb among three adults (parents and teacher) and the student psychological problem ratio.
