Rachel Carson (1907 -1964) is the most famous American eco-environmentalist in the 20th century, and she is the same person as the milestone in the history of ecological and environmental protection. She awakened the entire human, and brought the environment to human. Under the influence of her,environmental policies and concerns were generally recognized in different countries, social systems, ideologies and different beliefs. She was one of the onsets of the environmental movement.Carson pointed out that the interaction between biological and environmental created the history of life in the article. The life of Carson, upbringing and her important works, summarizes the ecological thinking of Carson, have described the necessity and contingency of her thoughts.At the same time analyzes the background of Carson's ecological thinking. Let Carson's ecological ethics get to the actual societies at the time; we will have a more profound and real understanding of her thinking. It also demonstrates the inevitability of her ecological thinking.The significant impacts of Carson's ecological thought is promoted pesticides banned in various countries, and government's environmental legislation, decision-making for the United States and the world. It also spawned a variety of private environmental organizations and environmental management agencies. At last analyzes the reasons for this effect from Carson herself and the social background and that the actual impact of the effect produced by Carson. But human beings will be destroyed by the pollution and destruction which is made by human beings. At the same time she reveals the destruction of pesticides on human beings and the natural world,decrypts the harm of chemical pesticides to the present and in the future may be toxic legacy to future generations. The serious consequences of human abusing of pesticides will result in the extinction of various biological natures and the imbalance in the ecosystem. She alerted the American public and the government, but also alerted the people of the world.
