With the seriousness of the ecological crisis, how to deal with the relationship between human development and the natural environment has aroused people's attention. This topic has caused many debates in the academic world when ecological ethics was born as a discipline. In the context of the deteriorating ecological environment and the continual advancement of ecological ethics,Rachel Carson completed the book Silent Spring. As a biologist, she reveals the fact that chemical drugs pollute the ecological environment and threaten human health based on her unique perspective and rigorous biological knowledge and a large number of ecological experiments. It not only promoted the environmental protection movement in the United States, but also made great contributions to the development of ecological ethics. This paper begins with the background and origins of Carson's ecological ethics thoughts, expounds Carson's analysis of the core discourse of ecological ethics and the direction of ecological ethics practice, and elaborates on Carson's "respect for life and ecological holism." And beyond the anthropocentrism.Carson emphasizes respect for all natural beings, inherits Leopold's "earth ethics"view, recognizes that ecosystems are organic as a whole, and divides the subjectivity of"anthropocentrism" and human and natural beings. On the basis of this,a forward-looking"transcendence of anthropocentrism" is proposed.Carson advocates giving natural intrinsic value but advocates maintaining the status of human ecological responsibility. With plain language logic,he advocates the concept of justice into the relationship between human and natural risk ethics. It also ethically criticizes the risks of bureaucracy and technology capitalization caused by anthropocentrism, and advocates the ecological development of technology. Finally, this paper combines Carson's ecological ethics with us to build a community of life and build a livable village, providing theoretical support and practical enlightenment for promoting ecological ethics and ecological civilization.
