With the technology advances, experimental phonetics also got better development. Thisarticle combined traditional phonetics and experimental phonetics, linguistics theory combinedwith modern experimental phonetics. It makes a further research for Tibetan speech.Mainly usingthe experimental phonetics research theory and method. With the aid of Wavefinal and voiceanalysis platform, make the phonetic acoustic analysis of XiaHe words of Amdo Tibetanconsonant and vowel. This article makes the phonetic acoustic analysis from consonant and vowelof the Xiahe of Amdo Tibetan. The analysis divided into two parts, map analysis and data analysis.Map analysis shows the acoustic characteristics of Xiahe Dialect in consonant and vowel.Described in detail of fricatives, plosive, affricates, nasals and so on. Classified consonant clustersin detail, and made some analysis. In the study of vowels, mainly with the vowels and vowels withconsonants. Data analysis to extract the parameters including duration, amplitude, maximum andminimum values, the energy field, the average amplitude, resonance peaks and so on.The main conclusions of this paper are divided into the following points: 1. Fricatives in thewords of Xiahe, we found [ ], [s], [ ] energy are concentrated in high-frequency part of the [xh]the energy is mainly distributed in the 3000 Hz below the high-frequency energy is weak. [h] ofthe energy than [ ] weak, mainly in the 3000 Hz or less. 2. In the study, found that [k] in additionto resistance than segments [p] and [t] much longer. [p] in addition to blocking segment is veryshort, typically less than 10ms, intensity is weak at low frequencies around 2000Hz with aconcentration of energy at the district, and sometimes there is a focus area of energy around7000Hz. However, language maps, the intensity slightly stronger than [p]. 3. In the analysis of thefinals in the finals with [a] data analysis, [ar] in [a] of the F1 maximum, indicating that the tongueis the lowest, F2 higher than that of its tongue forward. 4. [e] from the finals with data analysis, [e]in the [em] of the F2 maximum, indicates that the tone of the tongue the front. 5. Data from thefinals with [?] analysis, [?] in the [?l] the maximum value of F2 and F3, the value can be seenfrom the F2, the sound of the tongue the front. 6. From the analysis of [o], [o] in the [ol] of thethree resonance peaks are higher, the value of the F1 and F2 can be seen, the tone of the tongue thelowest position of the tongue than the front. [o] in the [oχ] of the lowest F1 and F2, the sound ofthe tongue that the highest, the most rearward position of the tongue.
