With the technology advances, experimental phonetics also got better development. This paper mainly uses the experimental phonetics research theory and method, combined traditional phonetics and experimental phonetics, linguistics theory combined with modern experimental phonetics to make a further research for consonants and vowels of Standard Arabic speech. Lay the foundation for further in-depth research and analysis.This article makes the phonetic acoustic analysis from consonants and vowels of the standard Arabic. The analysis divided into two parts, map analysis and data analysis. Map analysis shows the acoustic characteristics of standard Arabic in consonants and vowels. Described in detail of fricatives, plosive, affricates, nasals and so on. In the study of vowels, mainly with the duration, formant and energy of vowels. Data analysis to extract the parameters including duration, amplitude, maximum and minimum values, the energy field, the average amplitude, formant and so on.The main conclusions of this paper are divided into the following points:1.there are four voiceless and four voiced in standard Arabic. Though extracting the acoustic parameters, like duration and energy, in order to contrast and analyze these dates, it found that the duration of the voiced is longer than the voiceless, and the energy of the voiced is greater than the voiced, but the energy field of the voiceless is larger than the voiced.2. There are eight voiceless fricatives and eight voiced fricatives in standard Arabic. During its research, it found that the duration of voiced fricatives is shorter than voiceless fricatives, but the energy of voiced fricatives is greater than voiceless fractives.3. There are one affricate, one lateral and five nasals in standard Arabic, and do the map analysis and data analysis on them.4. Though the analysis on vowels of standard Arabic, it found that existing multiple relationship between long monophthong and short monophthong.5. There are two diphthongs in standard Arabic, during the study, it found that when diphthongs and consonants spelling, the pronunciation organs tensely, loudness, high low and length are prominent in the short opening vowel.
