History And Cultural Life

Mou Tsung-san considered that history is the development of culture.So his《philosophy of history》is to introspect the history and culture of China in philosophy. And hopes to find the differences between Chinese and western culture. Mon considered that the differences between Chinese and western culture comed form "the spirit of comprehensive"'s "rational use of performance" of Chinese culture and "the spirit of decomposition"'s "rational framework for perfpormance" of westeurn culture. Modern science and democracy can be formed form antagonistic relationship which is only formed by the "rational framework perfpormance".China can't form its modern science and democracy because that there is no "rational framework perfpormance" in China. Even so public security is also good in ancient China. That bacause of the moral politics of Confucian which is the mainstream of Chinese culture.But also because of this, there is no lasting peace in China.So China culture has to release"the spirit of decomposition"from"The spirit of comprehensive",to steer the"rational use of performance"to the"rational framework for performance". Mon considerd that this can be made in the way called"Internal Saint & New External King"which can only be completed by confucian .Then Chinese culture can have its modernization .
