The Interpretation Of Liao Ning Spirit In The View Of Modern History And Culture

“Regional spirit” is a complex of regional and national civilization,moral, ideal and faith. It is the value orientation and common pursuit of public recognition. And it is the inner qualities and spiritual pursuit rooted in the local cultural soil.Liaoning spirit is expressed as “expansion and serenity, patriotism and dedication, honest and trust-worth, innovation and competition”.It was officially announced in November 2013. This paper aims to deeply understand the basic connotation of Liaoning spirit,interpret and propaganda combined with the historical and cultural resources in Liaoning.The first part of this paper mainly describes the connotation of Liaoning spirit.It analyzes the statements and connotations from the four aspects of the expression languages combined with specific examples.“Expansion and Serenity” shows that Liaoning is rich in the material resources and historical heritage no matter from literal meaning or macro sense. “Patriotism and dedication” is through each period of the economic and social development in Liaoning, which is the red line and the core of the national spirit of the socialist core values; “Integrity and pragmatic” just as its name suggested is honest and trustworthy,down-to-earth, which is the cornerstone of citizen's basic moral principles;“innovation and competition” is the soul of a nation, and it is an inexhaustible motive force for social development.On this basis, it summarizes the relationship between Liaoning spirit and the economic development of Liaoning.The second part mainly expounds the relationship between Liaoning spirit and the historical culture. With the history and culture of Liaoning,Liaoning spirit is interpreted,deep into local cultural soil,understood deeply by the people,and becoming the faith,the external power into practice.In the last part of this paper, it expounds how to combine modern historical and cultural resources to promote Liaoning spirit. Firstly this paper combines the practices of socialist core values with the advocacy of Liaoning spirit, aims to promote the development of the socialist core values in Liaoning, and pay more efforts to propagate Liaoning spirit; Secondly this paper expounds the innovative methods of propagating Liaoning spirit, emphasizes the way of popularization and publicity. It high lightly combines the promotions with the reality of economic and social development in Liaoning,in order to improve the cultural soft power and the comprehensive quality of the people.
