Ancient Egyptians creates and works with thousands years of glory civilization, their dynasties change orderly and social order is in the situation of great harmony. What people wondered is the stability of the public order; it seemed to be governed by the lack of law, for written law has never been discovered. That is why the existence of law in Ancient Egypt was covered with the mystery of veil. Scholars in domestic have few research or works on this issue, Scholars in abroad have different opinion on this issue. I am trying to analyze the concept of the Law in Ancient Egypt from the inscriptions of New Kingdom; explore the stage of the different period existed Unwritten Law; then conclude the nature and character from mature Judiciary and intact law suit system which taken as evidence in Ancient Egypt.The concept of ancient Egypt law should be set forth on thesis. There are many disputes between different scholars on the concept of law and legislative in Ancient Egypt. Such as Ancient Egyptian Law is a"moral code". That is negative. Morality is neither equal to law, nor the existence. Learning from etymology, "Law" in hieroglyph has different meaning and in a certain extent it reflects the profound connotation of the Ancient Egypt. In religion, Egyptian law from book of the dead reflects the religion nature in the shape of a certain extent, from which it also indirect reflects the objective existence. We can conclude three expression forms from the Egyptian texts .They are royal decree, case law and international law.Law in Ancient Egypt is objective existence. It has a direct or indirect way to its carrier, which carries a more mature police and Judiciary and mechanisms. The judicial institutions mainly include the central court, the local court and the special court. In Ancient Egypt, judiciary has a intact procedures of judicial litigation process, the appeal or arrest or custody, the trial and convicted.Objective Law of Ancient Egypt, it contains a deep function and characteristics. In all, the existence of objective Law in Ancient Egyptian has developed into the unwritten law.
