The piano lesson is one of the most important professional curriculums in the music education of kindergarten teachers, which can not only inspire the potentiality of students in learning kindergarten teachers in many aspects of piano teaching, improvisational playing ability, playing at looking, learning interest, productive ability, teaching and practical ability, etc., but also can develop the abilities in many aspects of hearing ability, sense of rhythm, ability to feel the music, esthetic music ability, music performance ability and so on through the learning of kindergarten teachers'piano lesson. Therefore, the piano teaching to kindergarten teachers plays a decisive role to cultivate piano kindergarten teachers with high quality and high level. And meanwhile, it is also of crucial importance on the healthy development of young children in our country and the future of our nation. It has profound and lasting significance for promoting the reform of music education to kindergarten teachers that how to develop professional kindergarten teachers of piano so as to adapt practical development needs of kindergartens.The current situation of piano teaching for students majoring in kindergarten teachers from Changbaishan Vocational and Technology College is taken as a case, the topic is studied, through the investigation and study, the existing problems of piano teaching situation need to be found, reform strategy of piano teaching situation for students majoring in kindergarten teachers will be explored. This paper is divided into three chapters. Chapter one is introduction, including the content of five aspects of the realistic problems, research problems, research significance, research situation and research methods with the research background introducing the kindergarten teachers development after the new China was founded. Chapter two is the basis, the first part is to make an investigation according to the present situation of piano teaching, from the aspects of survey design, the survey process, and the results of the survey, the facts that teaching content does not consistent with cultivated objective, the teaching content is too professional, the teaching method is traditional, teaching evaluation mechanism is imperfect are analyzed. The second part is the reform strategy of piano teaching for kindergarten teachers. From the aspect of reform necessity of piano teaching for kindergarten teachers, according to the needs of the development of children, the needs of the development of kindergarten teachers, the needs of development of education reform, basing on the research of piano teaching strategy in Changbaishan Vocational and Technology College, the contents of reforming the teaching goal, reforming the teaching content, reforming the teaching methods, and improving the teaching evaluation system will be researched. Chapter three is the conclusion. Piano teaching can improve the fine music quality of students in learning kindergarten teachers; The improvement of the music attainment of teachers in teaching kindergarten teachers is the key of the quality of piano teaching.
