After the September 18th incident, the Northeast of China became the colony of Japan completely. Because of the incursion of the Japanese imperialism, Northeast China's politics, economy and culture were changed in the period of the Puppet Manchukuo. Along with the plans of agricultural immigration and agricultural reclamation, the Northeast China countryside had been seriously damaged in this period. The most important is that agrarian relations and class relations of this region had undergone fundamental changes, and had shown the difference from other parts of China.First, agrarian relations have the characteristic of feudalistic and colonize. At that time, the land ownership was highly concentrated in the hands of landlords and rich peasants, the proportion of concentration was higher than most of the provinces in China. Meanwhile, over 60% of the arable land was occupied by the Japanese colonialists, it also has a colonial characteristic;Second, the old-style landlord had the new change, mainly shown what one part of them who linked with the colonists had a new form of existence and another part of them who were replaced by other ingredient person, what the reason is that they unable to satisfied the Japanese Imperialist;Third, the quantity of hired labors is more than other areas obviously. The main reasons for this phenomenon are: Japanese colonial control and feudality, the development of Economical in Northeast China, migration and so on.
