The Research On The Issue Of BaiHuTong's Referring To The Book Of Changes

BaiHuTong, compiled by Bangu in the Western Han Dynasty, is an important works about study of Confucian classics. It has drawn great attention till now. The thesis gives an preliminary research about it from the perspective of philosophy.On the basis of fore-explorers'research, the thesis aims to expound the relationship between BaiHuTong and The Book of Changes. The paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introductory part, which mainly reviews the history and situation of the research about the BaiHuTong. The second part mainly introduces the development, changes and influences of The Book of Changes. The third part mainly do a textual research about the person and scholars concerned. The fourth part makes an analysis about the contents and deduction of The Book of Changes. The fifth part mainly summarize the questions concerned and nature of the The Book of Changes through BaiHuTong. The sixth part is the conclusion of the whole thesis.As to research method, horizontal analysis and vertical comparison are applied to prove the arguments in the thesis. The paper emphasizes the charting and data on the literature, which lays a solid foundation for the further research about the value of BaiHuTong.
