Culture force forms late competition of the world, at the same time ,it place an important role in developing the productivity.Currently,the study of culture force just begin, and the domestic research is even less. In order to do some work to perfect the evaluation the culture force, the AHP method, Entropy method, PCA method and some more mathematical statistics methods work together. Meanwhile, the methods are used to evaluate the culture force of Hunan Province. As the test of culture force goes on in the country and city in Hunan,some conclusion of the culture force condition in Hunan is given, and some advice to the officer in culture department of Hunan is also given to develop the culture force.What we have done in this paper is summarized as follows.(1) The background of culture force is analysed. The classical relevant research of culture force is introduced. The importance of the culture force in economy development and daily life is analysed. The current status and developing trend of culture force is described comprehensively.(2) The steps for culture force evaluation is bring forward. The suitable evaluation model for Hunan Province is proposed, based on the characteristic of Hunan province and the available resource we have for investigation. At the same time, the method and steps of the model estalished is analysed.(3) After the evaluation, the result is analysed and published.,and the mistake is corrected. All these work provided the sustainable data to understand the culture force in Hunan.(4) In the end, the advantage and disadvantage of culture force development in Hunan Province is pointed out, and some suggestion to improve the culture force of Hunan province is proposed from the perspective of the government and crowds.
