Architecture Landscape Frescoes Of Chunyang Hall In Yongle Temple

Nowadays, with no material object remaining, the study of ancient architecture could merely depend on documents and paintings-the latter one are the most important image materials.The frescoes inside Yonghe Palace, which are one of the frescoes that mostly depict dwelling houses and villages among the Taoist temple during the Yuan Dynasty, showcase the living conditions of people at all levels of society and the local landscape and customs. In these realistic frescoes not only can seek out the discipline applied in the Chinese ancient architecture, but also present the social condition and customs during that period.From the prospective of landscape architecture,the paper carried out a deep analysis about architecture character in the asped of meterial according to architecture hierachy and purpose for the frescoes of Chunyang Hall.This paper divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduced the research motivation,status,purpose and metheds;The second one analyzed wholly the background of Yongle temple's frescoes and the architecture landscape of Chunyang Hall's frescoes;The third chapter categorized and researched the architecture landseape of these frescoes,cohid are the focused point of this paper.The next chapter studied the inside design and detaits in these architectures,After that,the paper discussed this historical informations of frescoes in Chunyang Hall. Finally, the conclusion part summarizes the main ideas of this thesis paper and claried the future intention for the modern society.
