There are many famous artists in field of scenery painting In field of scenery painting, there are many artists of different styles, which formed a situation of a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend in 20th century. As a famous scenery painter, Lu Yanshao created his unique skill of "Gouyun, Mokuai, and Liubai", and his application of "Dianjing" in scenery painting as well as its time characteristic is worthy further research. This thesis starts from the generation, inheritance and development of ancient scenery painting, and Lu Yanshao's disciple and peregrination, and analyzes the reason of formation of his "Dianjing" in paintings, as well as characteristics of his "Dianjing" of different periods. Through research, this thesis analyzes contributing factors, cultural background and effect on literary policies after founding of the p.r.c of his "Dianjing" in scenery painting, and summarizes painting characteristics and cultural implication of his scenery paintings. Combining research on Lu Yanshao's painting works, theories and painting skills, the thesis focuses on research of epochal characters and epochal reason of his "Dianjing" in scenery paintings, and analyzes epochal characters and rationality of his scenery paintings' existence in different periods. At last, it draw a conclusion that Lu Yanshao's works provides a normal form that can be referred when people are looking for the combination of traditional techniques and modern "Dianjing" materials.
