Moral dilemma is shown as moral conflicts, it is a form of ethical problems in a person's choosing situation. The agent involve an apparent mental conflict by the consequences consideration, the moral conscience and the emotional impact (eg. the feelings of guilt), so it called dilemma. The crucial features of dilemma are these: the agent has two (or more) possible actions; the agent can do each of the actions; but the agent cannot do both (or all) of the actions. The agent thus seems condemned to moral failure because of the conflict between different moral principles or the inner inconsistency in one moral principle itself. Then, how does this conflict come about? How about the possibility to eliminate it? Whether it can be resolved? In what sense, the choice can be have its value? The paper attempts to research the way Sartre dealing with the dilemma in his ethical theory, try to compare and analysis with two representative normative ethical theory for the supportive points and their own insufficient in solving the dilemma from inner side and outer side. Externalities, demonstrates Sartre's two turnings and transcend the problem itself in solving the dilemma contrast with the Most Happiness Principles of Utilitarian. Internality from Kant's ethical theory with Sartre's ethics explains the common concern of "human". Further attempt to identify Sartre inherit and rebuilding of Kant's philosophy in dilemma. In addition, it prove the Existentialism of Sartre ethics is a reasonable way of eliminate the dilemma through the compassion and analysis.
