As to the"new chronicle of Xining county", it implemented the philosophy of"recoding as the history"perfectly even it is 20 years earlier than the initial practices of Zhangxuecheng, the elegant talents of the author can be reflected in its layouts, contents and languages all in this chronological book. Although Its practice of a historian is not the most bold and thorough, its very complete and conscious. The most unique character of the"new edition of Xining county record"is its pursuit of the entirety of a local record as a book.The third chapter carry out a further discussion and summary of the two local records on its developed pattern of the early Qing dynasty.Henan is the first province official organized compliment of local records, and the quantity amounts to be the third place all over the country whereas Qinghai is the contrary.
