Study On The Design Thinking In The Basic Teaching Of Graphic Design

China's art education is undergoing a profound change.At a time of rapid development, designing emerged and developed with the advances in technology and social changes. Education of design came into being thereafter, and has brought far-reaching impact to the development of design. The basic education of design in China is maturing, however, at the same time, there are still issues remaining unsolved.In this paper, these issues are fully discussed, and it analyses the important role, impact and value of design thinking in design in the future. The main issue of the study is to expand design thinking in the basic education of design. It is also a study of re-thinking, and re-designing. Therefore, the development of thinking is focused on as the basis for creativity, and the combination of imaginative thinking and the art of discovering and solving problems in design as a key to open the minds of students. Human being has always been constantly expanded and developed the way of thinking in design, due to a rule that social being determines social consciousness, while social consciousness is a reflection of social existence. The history and reality of art have featured that it can be transplanted, inherited, and developed. Under the influence of these characteristics, design thinking continues to learn from the advatages and strengths of other thinking, and becomes a design thinking of the times, which is creative and constant with social development. The breadth and depth of design thinking have reached unprecedented levels. Lauer, a physicist once said "Education is not only important to gain knowledge, but rather the development of thinking skills". Fusion in this way determines that design thinking must have a certain creativity, openness, scalability. Eventually for a designer, he should have an innovative way of thinking, a strong appeal of thinking, a sharp sense and insight, and a distinctive visual thinking if attributed to specifying the design professional. It is because that design has become a combination of art and technology. The design thinking with a typical instrumental rationality is increasingly pursuing the design of poetic beauty and unexpected aesthetic value, so innovative ways of thinking become the necessary capacity of a designer. And it is quite necessary for the basic education of art and design as well.
