"Xin Guang"magazine is builded respectively at Beijing and Tianjin in April 1940 and April 1945 for women modernization, hosted by Yin Meibo and Xue Lu, edited by Huang Qin and others. The magazine is also literary journals simultaneously, oriented light literature and featured female photo, cartoon and advertisement. Early content merge enjoyment, artistic quality, knowledge and ornamental features into one whole. Later content cooperate with the tendency of political publicity of the Japanese Puppet regime distinctly because of the strengthening of fascist dictatorship of Japanese Puppet government after the Pacific War. It's a large-scale integrated magazine established by the Japanese Puppet regime for woman monthly for implementing enslaving education in the period of the fall of North China. This magazine has an obvious political bias for Japanese, it fawns on Japan and advertises women's virtue in content, and it has close relations with the Japanses puppet government.By analysing"Xin Guang"magazine, this paper reveals the mode of operation of the special magazine for woman during the period of the fall of North China, the style and features of Japan-occupied area literature, the esthetic orientation and female images at that time.This paper explores the complexity of words space of Japan-occupied area and the cultural communication characteristics of colony by comparing with other magazine for woman at the corresponding period, analyses the operation and publicity way of the magazine in the period of the Japanese Puppet regime.
